1. Hanging Leg Raise Workout


Hanging leg raise pack exercises is extremely effective for creating abs. We even have to perform this workout by hanging with an iron bar. While doing this workout, leave your body completely loose while you're hanging on the rod.

6. lie Crunches

10. Cycling
